A research on resi̇li̇ence of mathematics teachers according to some variants

Abstract (EN)

In this examination effects of math teachers' autopsy variables like types of the school, gender, age, martial status, occupational seniority and settlement of the school has been examined on the levels of the resilience. Examination is prepared in general scanning model. Examination includes secondary and hihg school math teachers who study in Gümüşhane and Bayburt cities. Working group of the examination is totally 245 math teachers that 169 of them study in secondary school and 76 of them study in high school in these two cities. Personal knowledge form and resilience criterion is used for collecting the data. To analyse the data autopsy independent sample t test, mann-whitney u test, one directional analysis of variance (ANOVA), Tukey Post Hoc Test is used and level of signifance is accepted as 05. Diagnoses of the examination are giving these results that; there are statistically meaningful differences in the basement of being researcher according to settlement variables,in the basement of prevision according to martial status variables,and in the basement of leadership according to occupational seniority variables .There is no difference on the levels of the resilience according to gender and age variables. Suggestions are improved by the diagnoses of the examination. Keywords: Resilience, level of resilience, math teacher, secondary school, high school.
