Dilbilimcilerle usulcülere göre şart ve istifham edatlarının anlamları ve fukahanın ihtilafına etkileri / The meanings of the conditional and interrogative letters among linguists and scholars of the principles of jurisprudence and the impact of their use on the differences of jurists

The researcher studied a significant subject in Arabic language between syntax and the science of basic comprehension under the title of (The meanings of condition elements & question elements by the linguists and Usuli experts and the impact of their uses in Fuqaha controversies). This subject has been chosen due to its importance among these two sciences. This study consists of a preface, an introduction, four sections and a conclusion. After a detailed study of the subject, the researcher reached that the controversy between Usuli experts and the linguists concerning the meaning of condition elements and question elements leaded towards controversies between them. In some fiqh rules, syntax and the science of basic comprehension are strongly related together, and this connection developed in consecutive stages of time. The experts of basic comprehension have used the same meaning in Usuli subjects which has been mentioned by the linguists in their books, and from the most important syntactical elements that had a great impact on the science of fiqh are condition elements and some question elements. This study concentrates on of the meanings of question elements and condition elements by the linguists and Usli experts, and clarifies the reasons that cause these different meanings of these elements, and explain the acceptable ones with showing the evidences, since speech meaning changes according to the meaning of these elements and it may deviate from its original meaning to another meaning that is required by the context of the sentence. Some practical points have been shown by the researcher that analyses the effects of the meaning of these elements in Fuqaha controversies. The researcher applies a comparative study in writing this thesis.
