The public institution employees under the ministry of education's view on the occupational health and safety with the statistical analyze of the current state: Example of Şanlıurfa

In the globalize countries, the growing increase of production tool and method and working population and also massive technological developments brings new occupational hazards and workplace accidents into surface. This current state of the occupational health and safety field needs new work and interpretations. It is primary priority for occupational safety to be examined in every workplace without the distinction of workplace hazard class, public or private sector and characteristics of the job. Therefore, low risk class in general- public institutions and state agencies need to be focused on this subject because of such reasons as the high number of employees and not being obligatory to have legally a job security specialist and a workplace doctor. The purpose of thesis study is to establish the public institution employees bound to ministry of national education pre-efficiency levels on the occupational health and safety and to understand their view on occupational safety and to determine how they see the occupational health and safety services that are provided by public agencies. For working area, as a similar study has not been done before, Şanlıurfa province has been selected. In this way it's likely to gather information about employees' knowledge on occupational health and job safety and how they integrate it to their work environment. A survey applied to some teachers, officers and managers who works for public schools and institutions in Şanlıurfa. In this assessment scale which is going to give us important data about current points of view and expectations on this matter and for analysis, 29 questions has been asked to the participants. Answers we received has been interpreted statistically using SPSS.22 program and translated to data.
