Upper secondary schools where students are taken with central examination managers ideas about school-based management

The aim of this research is to present managers ideas whom are working for upper secondary schools where students are taken with central examination about school-based management. This work is come true in the way of qualitative research. Personel information form, semi- structured interview form and recorder is used to collect datas. The way of content analysis and descriptive analysis are used to analyze data. The NVIVO 10 programme is used for data analysis. Individual face to face interviewing technique which is one of data collection technique is used. Research working group consists of ten managers who are working for upper secondary schools where students are taken with central examination in Konyaaltı,Kepez,Muratpaşa and Döşemealtı districts in Antalya According to the results of this research, managers had emphasized on taking initiative about the difference between school based management and central management. If we investigate the managers perception about school central management, being the school at the center came forward. It provides school an opportunity about the preparation of budget and supplying school requirements. The process of preparing cirriculum and textbooks is neeeded the support of an expert. It is observed that hiring schools own staff hasn't still a substructure. Making plan and programme must be done according to the school and students' needs. School central management's staff productivity is suitable in terms of student and belonging to school. But it is stated that it unsuitable in terms of policy and sympathizer repression. The aim of the decisions that is taken about education must be to increase the success of student and school. In this process being open to new ideas is really important, too. In line with executive opinions, it is paid attention to merit for staff recruitment and given stakeholders ideas on decisions taken.
