Abstract (EN)
In this study, 2 different sizes of cube samples were prepared and the samples were subjected to destructive and non-destructive test methods in order to investigate the concrete compressive strength. First of all, concrete cube samples were prepared from marble angular aggregates and natural stream aggregates in sizes of 15x15x15 cm and ultrasonic velocity values of 7, 28 and 90 days, Schmidt hammer surface hardness and compressive strength values were measured. Secondly, 27 samples of marble angular aggregates in dimensions of 7x7x7 cm with 10%, 20% and 30% silica fume (SF), Fly Ash (FA) and Blast Furnace Slag (BFS) substituted concrete samples' specific bulk density, ultrasound velocity and concrete compressive strength values were measured with intervals of 7, 28 and 90 days. The desired strength (C25/30) was reached in all concrete samples after 28 days. At the end of the 7, 28 and 90 days, the highest density value (2.296 gr/cm3), the maximum velocity value in ultrasonic velocity value (4.70 km/sn) and the highest value in pressure strength (40 MPa) was found in samples with 30% FA, 20% BFS and 30% SF respectively. Keywords: Marble, aggregate, silica fume, fly ash, blast furnace slag, ultrasonic speed, Schmidt hammer, strength.
