Architectural investigation of occupational health and safety and proficiency of guards in marble factories

In this thesis, it is aimed to determine the effects of occupational health and safety in marble factories on the circulation and working areas of the routers in the building. In this direction, three marble factories were selected. After the areas selected according to certain qualifications in the three marble factories were examined from a design point of view, a questionnaire study including 23 written questions was conducted on 103 people among the employees in the factories, taking into account criteria such as gender, age, educational status. Percentage ratios were calculated through SPSS programme, Chi-square test was used to determine whether there is a significant relationship between the variables and the findings obtained as a result of the analyses were evaluated. In the findings obtained after the analysis of the questionnaire questions answered by the participants according to their socio-demographic status, significant results were obtained that occupational health and safety in marble factories and the effect of directives on circulation and working areas within the factories.
