Mersin lojistik sektöründe dönüştürücü liderliğin algılanan örgütsel performansa etkisi, girişimciliğin aracılık rolü

The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformative leadership on perceived organizational performance, the mediating effect of entrepreneurship. The study consisted of three parts. In the first part, information about the concepts and theories of leadership and transformative leadership is given; in the second part, information about the conceptual frameworks, dimensions and evaluation methods of performance and organizational performance are given. In the third part, the conceptual framework, theories and dimensions of entrepreneurship are investigated. Data were collected from 400 employees in the logistics sector of Mersin. The data were analyzed with SPSS program. As a result of the analysis, it was found that transformative leadership has positive and positive effects on organizational performance. It has been found that there is a partial mediating effect of entrepreneurial behavior on the effect of transformative leadership on organizational performance.
