21 century, the world of management, consisting of radically must make a difference to survive. School authorities should be involved in the change, the new management structures in order to increase the efficiency and quality or apply models. Besides all of these roles, the management is no longer just control, giving orders that guide the management, road shows, and has taken devolved structure. Improving the understanding of the management of long-term, providing a high degree of motivation and employee learning and development of employees in order to achieve goals such as improving the performance of their unit administrators disable the sense of responsibility has given rise to a great extent. All of these have a role and properties, guidance, and always be to lead the development, coaching to make a difference in the understanding of the management approach. With this understanding, self-aware, constantly raising the performance of employees ranging from school administrators.individuals can keep up with the legislature. Total of 249 different educational institutions of research carried out with the participation of teachers and administrators. Individuals participating in the study, 63% of female teachers, 37% of the men, their seniority analyzed, 5 years and under and 42 and 43 between 6-15 years, 16-20 years, 62, 21 and over observed that the 102 teachers with seniority. 30 questions in the survey average of 27 of them, I agree, which means that over 4 is noteworthy. Gender of the participants as a result of statistical analysis that can be interpreted as a significant relationship between the questionnaire scores. A high level of performance scores with scores of leadership, a positive and significant correlation was found (r = 0.969, p <, 01). Accordingly, the increase in performance can be said that the leadership score increases. The coefficient of determination (r2 = 0.93) taken into account, the total variance performance score of 93% due to the leadership said. However, this result can be given as a statistical theory for the cause and effect relationship in the context of practice, rather than interpret the situation would be more accurate interpretation of the form of identification.
