Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, there is a wide field of application metal/semiconductor contacts which is exceedingly used in the electric-electronic technology and industry. That has made our contact structure quite important, and it has made it subject of a research field at the same time. It has taken as a goal taking results faster and more reliable with the similarity that we carry out by the way of comparing experimental results of metal/semiconductor and results of our similarity programme. In this thesis study, It has been carried out a similarity application for metal/semiconductor structures through making use of programming language C sharp, which is improved by Microsoft Visual Studio. It has been optimized by comparing experimental datas with metal/semiconductor contacts diode structures of current-voltage (I-V) curved lines which created by metals having different duty functions and different types of semiconductors via programme. Moreover, series resistance also has been observed for metal/semiconductor contact structures in our programme. Our similarity programme's study has been observed several times and calculations has been repeated many times. Reliability of our programme has been provided as a result of these testings. And programme's productivity has been increased.
