Abstract (EN)
In the first step, from the resulting reaction, which is a kind of Dieckman type intermolecular aldol condensation of 2-formyl benzoic acid and monochloro acetone, 3-acetyl isocumarin was synthesized. For this reaction, by using conventional, microwave open system, microwave sealed vessel and microwave closed system methods, optimization conditions of each method were determined indvidually. Thus, Novel synthetic methods for the synthesis of 3-acetyl isocumarin compound were developed. In the second step, derivatives of 3-acetyl isocumarin like oxime esters and thiosemicarbazones were synthesized. Characterization of these compunds were performed by using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve GC-MS spectroscopic methods. Key Words: İzokumarinler, 3-acetyl isocoumarin, isocoumarins, microwave (MW)
