Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, the high temperature behaviors of mineral-added mortar samples were examined experimentally. Accordingly, 10%, 20%, 30% basalt, profillite and olivine minerals were replaced with cement, which is the binding material in the mortar system. For 28 days standard water cure was applied to the witnesses and mineral-added samples witch had been prepared. In order to determine their high temperature behavior, apart from the witness samples (20 ºC), the other samples were kept at these temperatures for one hour after reaching the temperature values of 200 ºC, 300 ºC, 500 ºC, 700 ºC and 900 ºC. In order to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the mortar samples, unit weight, ultrasounic pulse velocity, compressive strength, tensile strength, point load index, apparent porosity tests and taguchi optimization method were applied. As a result of the experimental studies, it was determined that the best results among the mineral-added samples at all temperature values were obtained with 10% basalt, profillite and olivine-added samples. Witness samples, on the other hand, showed better results than the addivite samples in all test results. According to the Taguchi optimization method, it was determined that there was a strong positive linear relationship between the estimated values and the experimental data.
