The life of Molla Halil es-Siirdi and his work named el-Kafiye fi'n-Nahv ve's-Sarf

A language is the most important tool for a nation to Express the feelings and thoughts and communicate with other nations. For this reason, all societies give importance to their language and to protect it from any falsification they take it within the frame of certain base and rules. In this regard, the Arabs put centroller base and rules in order to avoid grammatical errors in the use of rich and deep-rooted language such as Arabic. These base and rule works continve growingly and very rich works are copyringted in this field by linguists. One of the rich and useful these works is named the life of Molla Halîl es-Siirdî and his work named el-Kâfiye fi'Nahv ve's-Sarf. In this study, we first tried to introduce the time he lived, the life, literary personality, teachers, students and works of Molla Halîl es-Siirdî. Afterwards, we tried to summarize the grammatical studies done in order to prevent the deterioration in language, which is the reason for the emergence of grammatical studies, and to analyze the work of our author named al-Kâfiye fi'n-Nahv ve's-Sarf, which was written in this framework.
