Linguistic analysis on Mongush Kennin Lopsan's work titled Chitken Urug

In this study, the phonological and morphological features of Tuva Turkish have been analysed based on the novel Çitken Urug "Yitik Girl" by Monguş Kenin-Lopsan, one of the most important researchers and literary figures of Tuva Turks. This study consists of Introduction, Analysis, Conclusion and Glossary sections. In the introduction section, information about the purpose, scope, method and application of the method is given and Tuva Turks are introduced in terms of history, religion, culture and language. The life and works of Mongush Kenin-Lopsan are given, the features of the novel Chitken Urug are discussed, the cast of characters and the plot of the novel are analysed. The linguistic features of the work are discussed in Phonetics and Morphology sections and evaluated under separate sections. In these sections, we tried to reveal the characteristic sound and morphological features of Tuva Turkish based on the examples we have identified from the work. In the conclusion section, the data we have determined in terms of Tuvan grammar in our study are processed, the language testimony of Mongush Kenin-Lopsan and how Tuva traditional culture is reflected in the work are expressed. The text of the novel Çitken Urug "Yitik Kız", which we have translated into Turkey Turkish, and the text dictionary we have prepared based on this novel are included in our study.
