03. Summary By analyzing the Mesnevi of Mürîdî which we designated to be of Ancient Anatolian Turkish, we tried to reach conclusions related to phonetics and spelling of that period's Turkish language. In the first section a 2935-couplet transcription of the 'nesnevi' is presented. While the text was being prepared, on making a number of pre-reading studies, a card index of some problematic sections were made and the couplets were numbered. This card index is used to determine the skipped words and writings turned into meaningless voice piles beceuse of the letters and syllables missed by the printer. The affixes which are to be studied on later were determined and these affixes are examined on each word with respect to levelness-roundness harmony in the second section. In the light of the reached consequences, the roundness or levelness tendency of the vocals of the affixes and roundness-levelness rates belonging to that period's Turkish language were determined. The consequences reached are revealed in the form of tables. In this section from the words existing in the 'mesnevi', the foreign-originated ones that are written differently from their original spelling were compiled. In the last section, by comparing the real forms of Arabic, Persian and Turkish words with their usage in the 'Mesnevi' the spelling peculiarities related to that period's Turkish language were revealed. Every word extracted from the text is given with the couplet number in an alphabetical order. As a result of all these studies, it was observed that the vocal harmony is weak and that there is not a tight dependence on spelling. And with the archaic words dictionary added to the end of the study, the study proved to be easy and fast to go over. XI
