A study on the investigation of the relationship between burnout levels and perceptions of organizational justice in banking sector employees in the province of Muş

One of the most important components of the Turkish financial sector is the banking sector. The banking sector, whose history dates back to the Republican period, has played an important role in the development of the country. The finance sector is one of the most important sectors with the highest number of employees in the service sector. In the banking sector, which has a high contribution to the country's economy, the management and productivity of employees gain importance at this level. In this study, the relationship between burnout levels and organizational justice perceptions of employees in the banking sector and whether they differ according to demographic characteristics were examined. The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between the level of burnout and organizational justice levels among banking sector employees. According to Maslach's (1981) burnout scale, burnout has three sub-dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment. According to Niehoff and Moorman's (1993) organizational justice scale, there are three sub-dimensions. These; fair distribution, fair treatment, and fair interaction. This study was conducted on employees working in private and public banks that have branches in Muş. Revealing the relationship between burnout and organizational justice in banking employees will contribute to understanding the impact of disruptions in the management function on the organizational behavior of employees
