Özet (EN)
The increasing number of emerging technologies and widespread communication tools has contributed to the development of relationships between people, especially those far away from each other. In this context, both products can be buy and sold. The widespread spread of the Internet has allowed distances to disappear and commercial activities to be carried out in a short period of time. In this study, the perception of trust in electronic commerce was investigated from the customer's point of view. The first part of the research discussed electronic commerce, the effects of e-commerce on sellers and consumers, the development of electronic commerce in the world and the development in Turkey. The second section discussed security concepts, subcategoies of security, security threats and possible measures against these threats, trust in electronic commerce, the concept of credit cards, the use of credit cards and the attitudes and perceptions of consumers in electronic commerce. Sample of the research; Mersin Metropolitan Municipality, Mezitli Municipality, Yenisehir Municipality consists of 350 people working. The scale of the research; it was created by bringing together the first of the 8 different scales that have been adapted for reliability and validity work. Anova test statistics and tukey multiple comparison tests were used in the analysis of the research. In the comparison of the scores, the arithmetic mean and the significance values of the test statistics were taken into account. In the research, it was concluded that shopping was made from sites that are trusted in e-commerce for customers. There are significant relationships between trust in the site, reasonable price and low risk of credit card use, and attitude towards money and purchase intentions. As a result of the research, it was seen that increasing trust in the site and reducing credit card risks increased the purchase intention, and the favorable price situation increased the intention to shop online. In addition, the increase in money attitude provides an increase in online shopping. The rational attitude of bank information service and credit card use does not affect purchase intentions. According to the results of the research, attention should be paid to the fact that shopping sites are reliable and provide guarantees for online shopping, and it can be suggested that the site and credit cards give confidence to the customer.
