Abstract (EN)
This study examines the risk factors affecting the occupational health and safety of kitchen workers. A literature review was conducted during the research. As a result, it has been revealed that kitchen workers are also exposed to many hazards and risks, and their health is compromised and they lose their lives due to work accidents and occupational diseases.
