A resarch of the Views Attributed to Imam Zufear in Majma al-Bahreyn and Multaqa al-nayyireyn from Mutun al-arbaa

This study on "Investigation of the Views Attributed to Imam Zufear in Majma al-Bahreyn and Multaqa al-nayyireyn from Mutun al-arbaa ; In particular, the investigation of the views attributed to Imam Zufar in the worship and muâmelât sections of Majmaʿu'l-bahrain and Multaka'n-neyyirayn from the authoritative textbooks (mütûn-i Erbaa) in the Hanafi sect in particular, and in general it is the result of a purpose aimed at determining the right transfer of the scientific accumulations of the Hanafi sect members from generation to generation. Accordingly, our study consists of an introduction part and three sections: The introduction consists of the subject of our study, its importance, the purpose of the research, the explanation of the method of the research and the literature evaluation. In the first part, we try to give information about the life, scientific personality and works of Imam Zufar, whose views are the subject of our study. In the second part, we give information about Muzaffaruddin Ibn al-Sââtî, Hanafi Fiqh Texts and Mütûn-i Erbaa (characteristics, authors... etc). In the third part, we tried to examine the views attributed to Imam Zufar in the worship and mu'amalat sections in Majmaʿu'l-Bahrain and Multeka'n-neyyireyn. In the conclusion section, we ended our study by evaluating the results obtained from our study.
