Abstract (EN)
Conductive polymer composites are used in defense, aerospace, and biomedical applications. In this thesis, PANI (Polyaniline) powder was synthesized through the chemical polymerization method. PMMA granules were dissolved in benzene using the melt mixing method and Fe₃O₄, ZnO, GNP, and BN nanoparticles, which were obtained in powder form, were added to the PMMA melt to produce PMMA-NP composites. After the resulting PMMA-NP composites were turned into powder, PANI/PMMA-NP composites were synthesized using the in-situ (on-site polymerization) method. Material characterization analyses were performed on PANI, PMMA-NP, and PANI/PMMA-NP composites.
