Fantastic feminine humor in the stories of Nazli Eray

Abstract (EN)

Nazlı Eray, one of the first names that come to mind when it comes to fantastic literature in Turkish literature, goes out of the ordinary fiction system in his works of this kind. Real with dream, exempting your works from place and time by weaving between now and yesterday. This different fantastic attitude, which is also included in the stories of Eray, reveals an attitude called fantastic feminine humor in terms of meeting with humor and recreating existing female-male profiles. The aim of working from this perspective is to examine Nazlı Eray's story books in terms of fantastic feminine humor from the postfeminist perspective. In this study, one hundred and forty-seven stories in the eight story books of Nazlı Eray in the eight story books, Ah Bayım Ah, Geceyi Tanıdım, Kız Öpme Kuyruğu, Hazır Dünya, Yoldan Geçen Öyküler, Aşk Artık Burada Oturmuyor, Kuş Kafesindeki Tenör ve Eski Gece Parçaları. It was found that men were recreated in the fantasy world with a humorous fiction based on their existing gender roles, but both sexes maintained the roles assigned to them. Fantastic feminine humor was determined as the method of determining them. In the first part of this two-part study, the general framework of humor is discussed and its position in feminist criticism is examined. In this section, where the definition of feminist humor is made, the basics of postfemism are explained and the feminist environment where fantastic feminine humor was born is examined. Then fantastic and fantastic feminine humor was explained. In the second part, the life, literary personality, works and stories of Nazlı Eray were explained. Afterwards, the stories determined to be suitable for the fantastic feminine humor method were tailored according to the need: pocked-size male and female, the creation of male and female in fantasies, and the change of gender roles.
