Abstract (EN)

Necip Fazıl KISAKUREK is one of important figures in Contemporary Turkish Literature. Thematic richness of the theatres belonging to Kısakürek who impressed the literature world by his multifunctional personality, is undoubtedly as common and extensive as his other products. In this way, his theatres which weren't thematically analysed before, are handled so as to understand him and reveal his perception of art and literature. This study consists two parts. In the first part, it is informed about Necip Fazıl's life, his literal perception and his products. As for the second part, the themes on which Necip Fazıl studied, are analysed. In the process of analysing the themes, Necip Fazıl's life, emotions and his world of thoughts are taken into consideration. Moreover, analysing the themes various sciences are benefited. At the end of the study, it is seen that Necip Fazıl's multifunctional personality is reflected to the themes handled in his theatres. In this regard, themes related to internal and external conflicts of individuals, identity problems, moral depression, social problems, religious and political elements, the new state, the new society and the ideals of new youth are determined.
