Abstract (EN)
In this study relationship between locus of control among teachers and organizational citizenship behaviour is examined. The relationship between Organizational Citizenship and the locus of control has been examined by evaluating some factors such as organizational equity (justice), being appreciated and amity. The analysis of covariance (ancova) have been applied (used) to clarify (explain) the relationship between the locus of control and organizational citizenship. Significant relations have been determined at intermediate level among the dimensions of inner locus of control and organizational citizenship behaviors.
