This correlation is studied throughfactors which are based on primary school teachers, organizational factors, alienationand citizen behaviors. Questionnaires are used as means of evaluation. Obtained data isexamined under correlation analysis. A low level positive relation isn?t found betweenorganizational citizen behaviors, alienation.Key Words: Organizational citizen behavior, organizational commitment,organizational alienation, discouraged, weakness
