Teachers' level of locus of control and job satisfaction are searched according to their age, service year, the school they graduated, with variation test and in order to determine the source of difference, Scheffe test is applied. To determine the relation between teacher's locus of control and job satisfaction levels, Multiple Correlation technique is used. As a result of the study, teachers' level of perception of internal control focus is found to be relatively higher than the level of perception which is based on others, luck and fate; it is also found that their internal satisfaction level is higher than extrinsic satisfaction level. Additionally, when their levels of school level increase, teachers' control-focused perception levels decrease, also their levels of perception which is based on others, luck and fate increase. Internal, external and overall satisfaction levels of teachers who change branches in different areas of their fields are significantly lower than teachers who do not change their branches. It is observed that there are significant relations between locus of control and job satisfaction and it is observed that the highest relation is between the perception of internal control focus and internal satisfaction level.
