Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to examine the relation between Turkish, math, science and technology, social sciences and foreign language teachers? application-based educational technology and material development skills and their students? success in the end of year proficiency exam (SBS).The participants of the study are 256 Turkish, math, science and technology, social sciences and foreign language teachers and their 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students.According to the findings the teachers? perception on their technology skills doesn?t chance according to their gender and teaching subject. However, it changes according to their years of experience. On the other hand, Turkish and science and technology teachers? experience and questionnaire scores significantly explain 6th, 7th and 8th grade students? SBS exam results. Social science teachers? questionnaire results are significantly related to 6th and 7th grade students? and foreign language teachers? results are significantly related to the 7th grade students? success. However, math teachers? experience and questionnaire results don?t have any relation with any of the three grades? SBS scores.
