Abstract (EN)
In this study; Managers who work in schools where they have leadership types impact on the motivation of teachers were determined. For this purpose the principal leadership types, teachers five options related to leadership and motivation will determine the leadership of their managers are organized survey using a Likert-type scale. The survey was administered to 590 teachers and 28 managers. Survey results were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 program. In this study, the effects on motivation and leadership types teachers factors is examined by the correlation and regression analysis, the managers and teachers also discussed the demographic and compared all these analyzes its impact on the motivation of the leadership type as a result of studies; autocratic, democratic, humanist, was observed to have a positive impact on the motivation of the kind of bureaucratic and charismatic leadership. This kind of leadership on the most effective type of motivation within five leadership has also concluded that the democratic leadership.
