Behavior problems of children 3-6 years old from school and investigation of mother-father children

A number of studies have been conducted on the behaviors of pre-school children aged 3-6 in up country and abroad. Mothers and fathers act in different ways against these behavior problems. Parents show different attitudes towards behavior problems according to the environment they live in, the culture they take, and their education. For this reason, this research was conducted to examine the relationship between parental attitudes and behavioral problems of pre-school children aged 3-6 years. This study was carried out among 10 pre-primary education institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Karaman province, among a total of 432 pupils, 207 children between 3-6 years of age and parents of 5 pre-primary education institutions that were open during summer vacation. The relationship of parental attitudes to behavior problems in children was determined according to the "Scanning Scale of the Behavioral Problems in Preschool Education" (SSBPPE) and "The Parental Attitude Research Instrument" (PARI). According to the SSPPPE, significance at the border was determined between the children's "Own Room" variable and only the "Hostility-Aggression" total score. According to PARI, significant differences were determined between "Variable Economic Status", "Gender of the Child", "Number of Siblings" and only "Democratic Conduct and Equality", between the "Education Status" and "Marital Status" of the mother and only the "Mother's rejection of the housewife", between the "marital status" of the father and only the "wife and wife incompatibility". As a result, it is thought that in 3-6-year-old children their own room may change the aggressive behavior, the mother's rejection of housewife and the feeling of being democratic may differ depending on the education and divorce.
