Basic problems in preschool education and solution recommendations

The purpose of this research , according to administrator and teacher reviews , identify the fundamental problems encountered in preschool education and to develop solutions for these problems.The research study groups are official independent kindergartens in the Central district of Edirne Province in 2018-2019 academic year , 19 school managers and 24 pre-school teachers in schools with kindergarten. The research is designed in a qualitative research pattern and easy-to-reach status sampling is used. The data of the study was obtained through a semi-structured interview form and face-to-face interviews. The data obtained from the research were analyzed and interpreted using the content analysis method from qualitative research methods, separated into themes and sub-themes. As a result of the research, the majority of executives have stated that they are not familiar with the pre-school education program. In addition, according to the managers and teachers, there are problems in the implementation of pre-school education programs for various reasons. In the context of pre-school education policies, the absence of sanctions requiring students to continue and obtaining contributions from parents is seen as the problem of according to the participants, the regular payment of student dues and the lack of budget of the schools are among the economic problems. The majority of respondents indicate problems in the education process due to the lack of adequate support and attention for the preschool education of the families. According to the managers and teachers, there are insufficient guidance and supervision system, teachers cannot be guided. According to administrator and teacher opinion, teachers lack of inhalation periods, bilateral education practice and lack of legislation are among the problems in preschool education. The majority of respondents indicate that there are insufficient personnel employed in schools. According to the participants, there are problems in schools due to indoor and outdoor deficiencies. Managers and teachers, in order to solve the problems encountered in pre-school education, all expenses of pre-school education are met by the state, the awareness of the families and the compulsory education of preschool education in the scope of in the future.
