In this study, Turkey's in 81 city school sports in the province aimed to determine the problem solving skills of provincial representatives. 81 school sports provincial representatives working in 81 city participated in the study in the 2018-2019 academic year. Turkey School Sports Federation and Ethics committe after obtaining the necessary permission from the the data collection process has been initiated. The "Personal Information Form" prepared by the researcher and the "Interpersonal Problem Solving Inventory" developed by Çam and Tümkaya (2007) were applied to the participants. The interpersonal problem solving inventory consists of 5 sub-dimensions. these sub dimensions; negative approach to the problem, constructive problem solving, self-confidence, not taking responsibility and insistent-persistent approach. When the data were analyzed, no significant difference was found in the sub-scale and total problem-solving skills of the school sports provincial representatives according to the age variable, the region variable, the scholarship variable, the annual number of activities they performed, and the biggest problem variable they had.According to the variable of the sports branch of the provincial representatives of school sports; While there was no significant difference in negative approach to problem sub-dimension, constructive problem-solving sub-dimension, persistent persistent approach sub-dimension and total problem solving data, a significant difference was found in self-confidence and not taking responsibility. while a significant difference was found in the constructive problem-solving and persistent persistent approach sub-dimensions according to the variable of the number of meetings held annually by the school sports provincial representatives the negative approach to the problem sub-dimension, the self-insecurity sub-dimension, the not taking responsibility sub-dimension and the total problem-solving skill levels no significant difference was found in. As a result, the problem solving skill levels of the provincial representatives are interested in individual sports were found to be higher than the representatives who do team sports and do not. The problem solving skill level of the provincial representatives have meetings 2-3 times a year was found to be higher than the provincial representatives who have meetings 1-2 times a year and have 5 or more meetings.
