Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between school administrators' educational technology self-efficacy, their leadership behaviors and burnout. The research was conducted with 319 principals and assistant principals working in Iğdır province in the 2023-2024 academic year. The correlational research model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used and the sample group was created with the appropriate sampling method. "Educational Technology Leadership Scale", "Self-Leadership Scale" and "Friedman's School Principals Burnout Scale" were used as data collection tools in the research. According to the results of the research data; The relationship between educational technology leadership, self-leadership and burnout of school administrators and their demographic characteristics (age, years of seniority and gender) was evaluated separately, and when examined with T test and ANOVA analyses, no significant difference was found between these three variables and school administrators' educational technology leadership, self-leadership behaviours and burnout. It was observed that school administrators' educational technology leadership and self-leadership levels were high, and their burnout levels were low. When the relationship between school administrators' educational technology leadership and self-leadership behaviors was examined with simple linear correlation analysis, a moderately significant difference was found, while a low-level negative relationship was found between educational technologies and burnout. Likewise, when the relationship between self-leadership behaviors and burnout was examined with a simple linear analysis, it was determined that there was a weak negative relationship. According to the data of this research, it can be said that educational technologies leadership positively affects the leadership behaviors of school administrators and reduces their burnout. This research was approached from the perspective of school administrators and conducted based on quantitative data. It is recommended that researchers use qualitative or mixed research methods from the teacher's perspective. In addition, since the research covers the province of Iğdır, it is recommended to examine it with different variables in different provinces and regions.
