Gender factor in management and female teachers perspectives towards school management (Example of the Küçükçekmece)

This research has been performed to in order to identify aspects of female teachers in primary schools to management positions and also to reveal the reasons of the small number of female principals compared to male principals. The sampling of the study was formed by 103 female teachers working for 10 goverment primary schools, in the province of Istanbul, county of Kucukcekmece in 2012-2013.
