Surveying the relationship between organizational culture and political tactics in schools In this study, it was aimed to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions of organizational culture and their perceptions of political tactics. The sample of the study consists of 512 teachers. The research data were collected by the Organizational Culture Scale and the Political Tactics Scale. In this study, the t-test for paired comparisons between variables, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for three or more comparisons, Pearson Correlation test to reveal the relationship, and regression analysis to determine whether one variable predicted the other variable were used. According to the findings of the research, teachers mostly perceive task culture, support culture, success culture and bureaucratic culture in schools. Teachers' views on perceived organizational culture; While there is no significant difference in organizational seniority and gender variables, there is a significant difference in professional seniority variable. In the political tactical perceptions of the teachers; The impression management, coalition building, networking, ingratiating, increasing indispensability, scapegoating and information management were determined respectively. Teachers' views on perceived political tactics did not differ significantly according to gender and organizational seniority sub-dimension of networking (networking), while there was a significant difference in professional seniority and other sub-dimensions of organizational seniority. In the study, a significant relationship was found between teachers' perceptions of organizational culture and political tactics.
