The activities of the 11 th term Ağrı deputies and the political life in Ağrı in 1957 and 1961

The aim of this study is to discuss the Ağrı deputies' activities between the years of 1957 and 1960 and the works of the coalition government founded after the military coup.The study consists of five parts. In the first part, the political life prior to the Democrat party and the first four years of the Democrat party in power were evaluated.In the second part, the1957 elections and the Ağrı deputies were discussed.In the third part, biographies of the 11th term the votings which the 11th term Ağrı deputies took part in the congress were studied.In the fourt part, it was dealt with the legislative studies and congress speeches of the 11th term Ağrı deputies.In the fifth part, 1957- 1961 political life in pain Ağrı and the trial process of the 11th term Ağrı deputies after the May 27 military coup and the 1961 elections were dealt with.At the end of this study, the evaluation of the importance of the 1961 election in terms of Turkish democracy history was made by dealing with the studies of the 11th Term Ağrı Deputies who occupied an important place in Turkish political life to the May 27 military coup.
