Abstract (EN)
Bioconfort, which is shaped depending on the suitability of climate parameters, is an important criterion that affects people's comfort, peace of mind, happiness and performance, as well as their health. Therefore, it is of great importance for both human health and happiness and energy efficiency to identify suitable areas in terms of bioconfort and use them as a substrate in the planning of residential areas. In this study, the wind, temperature and relative humidity that shape the bioconfort situation in Ordu, Bingöl and Aydın provinces and the suitable areas in terms of bioconfort were determined monthly and annually. As a result of the study, it was determined that the parameters of wind speed, temperature and relative humidity in the provinces subject to the study largely prevent the formation of bioconfort areas. March April October November December January wind speed causes uncomfortable areas to be formed in Ordu, February, April, October, November and December, while there are areas where the temperature is below 15 °C in many months, high humidity causes uncomfortable areas to be formed every month. Ordu covers all ofthe percent of land surface diminishing 0.4%, in May, 1.36% in June, 1.45% in July, 1.77% in August, 8.06% in September and 0.37% in October. The entire province remains within the scope of non-conforced areas in January, February, March, April, November, and December. December, according to the average annual data in Aydın, it was determined that an area located in the central and southern part of the province and covering only 1.47% of the provincial surface area is not in the appropriate value ranges in terms of bioconfort, and in addition, about 98.53% of the province as a whole is in the comfort December. December December The factor that causes the formation of uncomfortable areas is high humidity, but considering that the average annual humidity rate is up to 71.5%, that is, only 1.5% above the comfort range, it can be assumed that the whole of Aydın province is in the comfort range. In Bingöl, on the other hand, according to the average annual data, the entire province remains in uncomfortable areas and the main parameter affecting the comfort situation is the temperature.
