Abstract (EN)

In this study, all solid-state PVC-membrane anions and cations sensitive microsensors were prepared and potentiometric performances of the microsensors were investigated. The potentiometric performances (linear working range, detection limit, response time, slope, pH working range, lifetime etc.) of the prepared microsensors were investigated. By using the microsensors as optimum ones; it is aimed to be potentiometric determination of some cations and anions in water samples that collected from 10 stations along Turnasuyu Stream of Ordu Province for 1 year at regular intervals. Fast, accurate, sensitive and economical determinations of Cl-, NOˉ3, K⁺, and Na⁺ ions in water samples were successfully performed using the prepared sensors. Also the water samples were analysed by dual-ion chromatography system. The obtained potentiometric and ion chromatographic results were compared statistically (pared t-test) and the results were found to be in agreement with each other in the 95% confidence interval.
