Abstract (EN)

Organizational citizenship behavior includes employees' perceptions of their militant counterparts and their perceptions of the consequences. Organizational climate, emerges as a consequence and influence of organizational-employee relations and employee-employee relations at the organizational dimension. Psychological contract refers to unofficial expectations and obligations established between the employee and the organization. The relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship is examined in the literature, but the mediation effect is examined in the hypothesis that the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship is also influenced by psychological contracting. A questionnaire was used to measure the psychological contract perception level, organizational climate perceptions and attitudes towards organizational citizenship behaviors. 320 questionnaires with reliability tests were subjected to SPSS 24.0 program for Factor, Frequency, F Test, T Test, Correlation, Regression and Reliability analyzes. As a result of the study, mediation effect analysis was positively effected as expected. The relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship, as well as the mediation effect of psychological contracting, is examined in relation to the three demographic variables.
