Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is tried to determine the role of organizational commitment on knowledge and knowledge sharing in organizations. Although there have been a lot of separate studies about knowledge sharing and organizational commitment, there are not many studies examined and analyzed together with knowledge sharing and organizational commitment. From this point of view, the role of organizational commitment on organizational knowledge and knowledge sharing has been made subject of research.This research was carried out on employees of two large textile companies in Aksaray Organized Industrial Zone. The findings of study results reveal the impact of organizational commitment and especially emotional commitment on overall knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing dimensions.
