The effect of organizational justice perception on job satisfaction: an application in public institutions of Adıyaman

Abstract (EN)

Employees' perception of organizational justice plays an important role in providing job satisfaction. Such providing job satisfaction is an essential step for the efficiency of institutions or enterprises. The present empirical study focuses mainly on studying the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction as a whole in terms of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice and its impact on job satisfaction. Aside from this, the relationship of various demographic features with job satisfaction and organizational justice have been researched in the study. A questionnaire in order to measure employeyees' perceptions of organizational justice and their level of job satisfaction has been used in the study. The reliability of 386 questionnaire papers selected from sample group consisting of 400 people has been tested and various analysis such as One Way Anova, T Test, Correlation, Regression, Factor, Frequency and Reliability have been applied through SPSS 20.0 Packet Programme.At the end of this study, it has been determined that there is a direct and positive relation between interactional justice and job satisfaction though it is lower than expected. It has also been detected that demographic features have various effects on organizational justice perceptions whereas they have no significance effect on job satisfaction.
