The research data were subjected to content analysis after the transcript process. In the research, content analysis was used from frequency analysis which is a factor. In the study, the views of the participating teachers were categorized into draft themes under the main theme and sub-themes. According to the findings obtained in the study, the participants stated that there is no organizational justice in public schools and they faced with many problems related to this. When the sub-themes are examined, it is seen that the participant views have different opinions on the subject. According to the results of the research, the participants stated that the teachers have a negative understanding about the perception of organizational justice, that the first thing that comes to mind when the teachers are called justice is equality and sharing, that the administrators should have leadership qualities and that organizational legislation should be the most important thing, that the organizational justice practices of the Ministry of National Education are on the efficiency of the teachers. They stated that there is no application under the influence of the organization, that the motivation of teachers can increase when there is justice in the organization, that there is performance-based evaluation in ensuring both the motivation of teachers and organizational justice.
