Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was determined as organizational justice and organizational identification, and its effect on whistleblowing. To this end, the dimensions of organizational justice are three in distribution, interaction and transaction; The sub-dimensions of the informing behaviors were discussed in three dimensions as internal, external and inactivity / silence. For research purposes, the data of the study were obtained from an enterprise with 278 employees operating in the textile sector in Mersin Free Zone. The obtained data were analyzed using Anova, correlation, regression analyzes to test hypotheses prepared. According to the results of the research, the organizational identification affects the notifying behavior but the external and internal dimensions of the notifying behavior of the organizational justice affects positively but the organizational justice does not explain the inaction / silence dimension of the notifying behavior of the organizational justice.
