Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of perceived organizational support and servant leadership on affective commitment. For this purpose the native and foreign literature on the subject formed the conceptual framework. Then, a field study was carried out in Erzurum and Trabzon with the staff working of private hospital to investigate the impact of perceived organizational support and servant leadership on affective commitment. The research hypotheses were tested by the obtained data which were analyzed with SPSS. The result showed that perceived organizational support and servant leadership were positively related to affective commitment, there is a significant relationship between perceived organizational support and servant leadership and servant leadership has a partial mediating effect between perceived organizational support and affective commitment.
