Abstract (EN)
The main purpose of this research is to reveal the effect of organizational support and social support on resilience, which is a component of psychological capital. Whether psychological resilience levels at the employees differ depending on ther demographic factors such as gee, income. In this context, a research was carried out on 216 people working in 5-star chain hotel operations in Aydın Province Kuşadası district. Questionnaire was used as a data gathering. The survey was conducted between 05/05/2021 and 25/06/2021. Perceived organizational support scale, multidimensional perceived social support scale and short psychological resilience scale were used in the study. The obtained data was analyzed with the SPSS package program. The findings obtained as a result of the research revealed that there is a positive and statistically significant effect between organizational support and sub-dimensions of social support and psychological resilience.
