Abstract (EN)
The key objective of study is to ascertain the impact of organizational ethics on corporate reputation. With this purpose, data have been collected from managers and employees working for the tourism companies located in the province of Aksaray. Through analyzing these data, it is attempted to obtain findings that will contribute to the literature and also to the practitioners. Remarkably, the findings have indicated that employees consider the price policies of their companies as vague, while they are aware of the financial accomplishments and services of their companies. Furthermore, most of the participants of the survey deem their organizations superior to their rivals. Meanwhile, it has been identified that employees rely on the announcements of their companies undisputedly. Findings has also demonstrated that participants embraced the ethical norms. Consequently, this study has substantiated that the employees' and managers' adoption of organizational ethics principles has effected the positive reputation their companies maintain.
