Abstract (EN)

In order to increase productivity by making more use of the individuals in the organization, it is of great importance to reduce the social loafing behavior, which is a negative concept for the organization, and even to eliminate it, if possible, together with the development of the concept of organizational communication and its sustainability. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the organizational communication levels of teachers working in schools (private and public) which is the first step of our education life and our second home, and social loafing behaviors and to examine the job satisfaction or quitting behavior that occurs due to the relationship between these two elements.
