Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of person-occupation fit in the relationship between perception of organizational politics and organizational alienation and occupational alienation, which has an important function within the scope of expectations of individuals and organizations, and the mediating effect of organizational alienation in the relationship between perception of organizational politics and occupational alienation were examined. Within the scope of the research, 547 questionnaires were evaluated. According to the results of the study, perception of organizational politics was significant on organizational alienation (β=0.447, p<0.01) and occupational alienation (β=0.154, p<0.01), and person-occupation fit was significant on organizational alienation (β=0.719, p<0.01) and occupational alienation (on β=0.735, p<0.01) was found to have a significant effect. On the other hand, the relationship between perception of organizational politics and organizational alienation and occupational alienation was not found to be a regulatory effect of person-occupation fit. In addition, it has been determined that the relationship between organizational alienation and occupational alienation is not a regulatory effect of person-occupation fit. However, it was determined that organizational alienation mediated the relationship between perception of organizational politics and occupational alienation (β = 0.2555, P<0.01). Finally, within the scope of the analysis, it was determined that person-occupation fit did not have a moderating effect on the effect of organizational policy perception on occupational alienation through organizational alienation. When the literature is examined; although the relations between perception of organizational politics and organizational alienation and occupational alienation or organizational alienation and occupational alienation with person-occupation fit are examined; no study has been found in which these variables coexist.
