The variation of strategies and internal environmental conditions, couses the change of vertical organization structure int Horizontal Organization. Zero Hierarchy approach which take its base from Horizontal Organization is the most suitable organization model in this days. The results which were obtained from the studies in order to apply the model, supports the situation.
