Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was discussed whether European Monetary Union maintain as a body under present conditions which include economics, fiscal, institutional, politics and technics. European Monetary Union think to complete economic and politics integration by getting into circulation to Euro. To clarified, it was analyzed literature about this topic. These secondary data were obtained from European Statistical Institute, World Bank etc. In light of these data, it was examined changing related time based on nation. In addition, it was evaluated whether European Monetary Union has competence from Optimal Currency Area framework which was theorised by Mundell, McKinnon and Kennen in 1960s. Inadequancies related European Monetary Union originate from endogenous and exogenous components in this work. In conclusion, it is thought that European Monetary Union is not going to sustain under these conditions. However, it may maintain to entity if it distinguish its inadequanceies and regulate them a certain time period.
