Executive managers leadership performance on students an application in Gaziantep

This study of managers in secondary schools, situational and behavioral effects on students to identify these effects and to determine which is consistent with the leadership qualities of managers was conducted to determine the leadership performance. In this study, as a method of data collection, research methods, the questionnaire method was preferred. The questionnaire used in the research literature prepared utilizing the 5 point Likert scale was composed of 42 questions. The resulting survey data, statistical software package was analyzed by SPSS.20.0 FR version of Windows. Data, primarily by analyzing the reliability of the survey questions found alpha value, then the demographic characteristics of the students who participated in the survey were determined by frequency analysis. Following this analysis, data analysis, descriptive statistics and hypotheses to test t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis was performed. In this study, school administrators with leadership qualities and performance is there a relationship between students' achievement? and Leadership features advanced problem-solving skills of executives carrying sturdy? questions have been addressed. Analysis of survey data as a result of participating in the research students of the vast majority of school administrators on leadership qualities they believed to be, and the management of performance in this regard, democratic, transparent, equitable, guiding, open to communication, solution-oriented, constraint, rather than rules, students in favor of flexing implemented but without compromising the opinion that the the conclusion that has been reached.
