Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out to determine the physical activity levels, physical literacy and e-health literacy levels of high school students. The sample of the research carried out in the general screening model consists of 522 students studying in Gaziantep in the 2020-2021 academic year. International physical activity questionnaire, perceived physical literacy scale and e-health literacy scale is used as data collection tools in the research. In the analysis of the data, besides the descriptive statistics, T-Test for independent groups in pairwise comparisons, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) in multiple comparisons, and Tukey test to determine the source of the difference were used. Pearson correlation coefficient technique was used to determine the relationship between the variables, and simple linear regression analysis was used to determine the predictors of the variables. In the study, it was concluded that the physical activity, physical literacy and e-health literacy of high school students are at moderate levels. In addition, with while there is a significant difference between the gender variable, physical activity levels and physical literacy of high school students, no significant difference is found between e-health literacy levels. There is found no significant difference between the grade level of high school students and physical activity, physical literacy and e-health literacy levels. However, in the comparison made in terms of family income status, there is no significant difference between physical activity and physical literacy levels, but a significant difference is found in terms of e-health literacy levels. In the study, in the comparison according to the type of high school students, no difference is found regarding the level of physical activity, but significant differences are observed in physical literacy and e-health literacy. While it was seen that there was a positive and significant relationship between the physical activity levels and physical literacy levels of high school students, no significant relationship was found between e-health literacy. Besides, it is determined that physical activity levels of high school students are an important and significant predictor of physical literacy levels, and physical activity level is not an important and significant predictor of e-health literacy levels.
