Seventh survey social sciences course instruction to teaching the teacher's teaching of date conditions (Ağrı site example)

With this research, it is aimed to be drawn attention to the problems that many teachers experienced while teaching the history topics of 7th gradesocial studies lesson of secondary school. In addition to this, it is aimed to offer various solutions for teaching history topics in an affective way. It is aimed to help teachers by trying to give results and this is done by asking some teacher's opinions. In this research which is qualitative, semi-structured interview method has been used. At the stage of analysing of datum, descriptive analysis technique has been used. The study consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, it is laid emphasis on various definitions, limitations, assumptions, significance of research, purpose and probem status of it. In the second chapter, the emphasis is on conceptual framework of research and the literature about it. In the third chapter, the investigation method which formed this study is situated. In the forth chapter, the results that were obtained in the study process are involved. In the last chapter which is five, the results that are acquired by this research and some suggestions for the research problem are given. When we look at the findings of the results at the end of this research, we can say that the curriculum of social studies has deficiencies for the teaching of history topics. Plus, the history topics are irrelevant from each other and it is not sufficiently paid attention to the chronogical order. Moreover, we cansay that there isn't any integrity among the topics and the number of lessons for social studies are not enough. At the end of this research, the study is finalised by giving some suggestions. Key words: Social Studies, history topics, secondary school, curricul
